Locked. Only the owner account (arvin@zbfilms.in) can change branding, account and data settings. Sign in as the owner to edit.

Your signature
Stamped on invoices you send. It is stored against your own login, so each person on the team signs their own.
A transparent PNG or a photo of your signature on white paper both work. The paper keys itself out, so only the ink survives.

Applied to project margin (received minus payouts minus hard costs), never gross. Must total 100. Internal only, nothing here ever reaches a client.
Repeat client: the bringer keeps this share of their slice on a client's second project onward; the rest folds into house. No secondary on a project folds that slice into the servicer. Inbound clients fold the bringer slice into house.
Team members
The login email must match how each person signs in (created in Firebase console → Authentication → Users). Whoever creates a project becomes its primary contact and can add a secondary from this list.
Media storage
Photographs, tapes and signed paperwork go to your own bucket, not into the app. The key below is asked for once per device and never leaves this browser.

These are held on this device and are not in the database yet. Each one was too large to store even after its photographs were recompressed. Move the photos to cloud storage, then try again.
Backup and restore
Everything is stored in this browser and synced to the cloud when signed in. Back up regularly: the backup file restores the entire app.

Only add this when somebody has actually told you. It is stamped with the date, and a clash against it is a reason to ring them rather than a reason to skip them. Old entries are worse than none.

Use this when a client has agreed a fortnight but not the days. Pick the days above once the schedule firms up, and the actor gets told the difference.
A referrer, an agent, a coordinator. It comes off the margin before the splits, so recording it here keeps the corpus figure honest.
Payment terms: 50% advance on confirmation, 30% on day one, 20% on the final day. Rates are per day and agreed offline; enter the figures both sides settled on.
